Upon arrival we were met by Salesmen Dan Bastnagel who greeted us by name, he remembered us from our last vehicle purchase in January of this year. After a few quick questions Dan quickly smoothed the way & guided us to the exact vehicle that met all of our needs. There was absolutely no pressure yet we were given individual & undivided attention during the entire journey that lead to the purchase of our new car. Dan worked very hard to get the best deal for us and to get the utmost for our money & trade-in. We have never experienced this type of wonderful customer service anywhere and I know we will return in the future for any new or used car or truck needs. We will also refer all our friends & family to this dealership & Dan!! Of course with the purchase of any vehicle you have to arrange financing & get the paperwork finished before you can drive away. Jayme Harris is the gentleman who handled this process for us and we were blown away with the deal he came up with for us. In no time at all our new car was signed, sealed & delivered. My wife and I were headed to another dealership and felt led to drive through the Integrity Chevy lot and from the minute we drove on the lot we were My wife and I were headed to another dealership and felt led to drive through the Integrity Chevy lot and from the minute we drove on the lot we were greeted by Mr. Vimal Roy and he asked my wife and I what type of vehicle we were in the market for? We explained we would like to look at a Silverado, but wasn't sure if if would fit in our garage. He immediately showed us a beautiful demo and allowed us to test drive it. Loved the Truck but unfortunately it would not fit in garage. We then looked at a few Colorado pickups and Mr. Vimal Roy asked us what we thought of these vehicles and my wife and I agreed that this would work out the best for us. To sum up today's experience was exceptional and the entire team were awesome, and they live up to there name "Integrity Cheverolet "! More
