Out of town Service We were out of town and the change oil warning came on. With only 3% oil life remaining, we called. Matt and Chris got us worked into their schedule We were out of town and the change oil warning came on. With only 3% oil life remaining, we called. After a week, my wife and I went and spoke to the Used car manager who assured us that these issues would be resolved. After, the weekend and several days of no calls, I called and was told that the Used car manager had been terminated. After almost, two and half weeks later I finally spoke to the General Manager who spoke to me in such a Disrespectful and hateful manner in front of other employees. He insisted , he would not stand by what his Used Car manager had promised to me and my wife. We have never been treated like this after purchasing a vehicle , new or used. More

They never call you back or keep you informed as to what is going once you do make it to service. I leave messages for service GM as well as Dwight Morgan who I believe is one of the owners. He doesn't have the courtesy to call back either. Apparently he feels it's more important to run his mouth off on TV boasting that Integrity is the best!! Ya right. I'll drive 25 miles to another dealership in Cleveland where they treat you with respect. I will never step foot in their dumpy joint again and can only look forward to the day they are out if business. Have a great day Mr. Morgan et al. More

When you ask for the owner to reply to an issue multiple times and you do not get a returned e-mail. You have to believe they know they are in the wrong and do not want to admit it, or continue to keep profits off first time buyers. I assure you after purchasing 2 vehicles from them within the past 3 years, I will not buy another from them. More
