Disappointing and alwaful! I Don't Even Know Where To Start With This One... I went to buy a Mercedes R 350 from this people, which was suppose to be my car number 8 in my life. In all of my previous dealerships I was more than satisfied, but not with this one. In a first place, the price that they asked for the vehicle was simply ridiculous ... The test drive was kind of weird and through the all time the sales person Brad Pitt was trying to play the radio (so I can't hear the problems with the car). I ended buying because the model and the millage was the exact one that I was looking for. After I sign the documents they gave me an one month warranty and asked me to bring the car back so they can fixed the 5 issues that we found. Two days later (May 18th 2015) I brought the car back and they promised to fix it for 2-3 days. Three days after I left the car I asked if they are done with it and they told me that the car is on a working progress and they can't give me exact day when it will be ready. Twenty days after that I went to get my car with my lawyer. The car was never fixed and I would strongly advice everyone to avoid that dealership! More

Total RIPOFF Buyer Beware!!!!! UNETHICAL!!! I purchased a car online from Integrity of Chicago. I dealt with Don the "owner" of the dealer the whole process. He told me the car (Mer UNETHICAL!!! I purchased a car online from Integrity of Chicago. I dealt with Don the "owner" of the dealer the whole process. He told me the car (Mercedes) was in great shape and nothing was wrong with it. He wanted me to wire funds and he would ship the car. He did after a week and I had to find the shipping company. So as soon as the car got here I started it, CHECK ENGINE light. Just as the dealer said was fixed... Also he never sent me a title!!! Took it to Mercedes of Bowling Green turns out the problem is going to cost 7000 dollars to fix. Don at Integrity tells me that Mercedes is trying to scam me and drive the price up for the repair. Wrong! the issue that the Mercedes tech told me is a common issue and the dealer had to have known about it and thats why they sold it to me so cheap!!! Integrity will not do anything for the repair or take the car back!!! Oh and the worst part is Mercedes of Bowling Green called me back and said they have proof that the odometer had been rolled back and it shows on the car fax and auto check! Im dealing with an attorney in Chicago, Better Business Bureau, and ABC7 Chicago. We'll see very soon what happens! More

Integrity approved me when no other dealership would. They helped me soooooo much i was going to lose my job if i went carless one more day. Loren my salesman was so helpful, he really helped me workout my payment plan for my down payment & my monthly payments even when i was just a little late on one he was really understanding. My car came with a 2 year warranty & the guys @ the auto clinic that does the warranty work are super friendly and also do nice work. Overall my experience with this company was terrific! I will absolutly be back to trade my car in for a newer one when my credit gets a little better, Thanx to there help! More
