Friendly with Excellent Service I was looking for a used car with great value so I went to Hertz where all their cars are sold at lower than blue book prices. When I went to Hertz I I was looking for a used car with great value so I went to Hertz where all their cars are sold at lower than blue book prices. When I went to Hertz I was greeted by the friendly face of salesperson Russell Frier. He listen to my needs and directed me to a great commuter car in the Nissan Versa Note. The only problem was they did not have it in the color blue I wanted. Russell told me about the Rent-To-Buy program where I could rent a car for three days then decide to buy. Through this program I was able to get the blue car I wanted. Russell was great in keeping me informed as to when the car came in and he even helped me in securing a trade-in for my old car. Russell and all the people at Hertz where friendly and helpful in purchasing my new car. Erik the manager at Hertz even made sure my tires where safe for the road and made accommodations for the tires. This was an overall great experience and even the after purchase follow up was amazing.
