I recently leased a car from Ingersol Auto and it was such a great experience that I would recommend them to anyone! I had gone to multiple dealerships before I decided on what I wanted and after talkin such a great experience that I would recommend them to anyone! They made everything very easy and I was able to drive the car off the lot that day. I have been back since then for servicing and even that was a great experience. It was snowing the day of my service appointment and as soon as I pulled up there was someone waiting to pull my car in. I went inside and they told me it would be about an hour but I was in and out within 45 -50 minutes. Their staff is courteous and friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

The Service is terrible. Had my car in there for oil change and service,had an appointment,did a drop off. Didn't hear back for 2 days. Called them up to check in and found out the car had not even been change and service,had an appointment,did a drop off. Didn't hear back for 2 days.
