Bought the car Thursday. Thought it was a gem. By Thursday night it had a flat tire. Took it to the tire place, new alignment, suspension and 4 new tires. I looked for a Mini Cooper S convertible with a manual transmission within 500 miles and found Indy Wholesale Direct. I’m glad I did. The dealership was almost a 6 hour drive, so Tonya did some preliminar transmission within 500 miles and found Indy Wholesale Direct. I’m glad I did. The dealership was almost a 6 hour drive, so Tonya did some preliminary trade-in negotiations over text and email. They also thoroughly checked over the vehicle and replaced the radio and clutch with OEM parts, even after I had already given them a down payment. No change in price. Tonya and Gordon communicated with me regularly during the process and once I got there to pick it up, Jason did a good job onsite. The transaction was quick and easy. We drove to the north side to see a MINI Cooper, the pictures looked great. When we arrived the MINI looked like it needed some work, the windshield was cracked, all 4 wheels were suffering from curb ra pictures looked great. When we arrived the MINI looked like it needed some work, the windshield was cracked, all 4 wheels were suffering from curb rash, there was a bad keying scratch on one side. It looked so bad we didn’t even look inside. A week later we went back to see if the car had been taken care of, this time we drove it and liked it. Gordon was our salesperson. He assured us the wheels and the large scratch would be taken care of if we gave them a few days. About a week later the MINI was done. All had been addressed and the car looked great. Will was our finance person, we signed up for an extended warranty, we weren’t sure we wanted it, so over the weekend we canceled it. They refunded our money within 2 days. WOW, great customer customer service. We also worked with a young man and another older man. I would definitely do business with them again More
