Unfortunately, this dealership has proven to be selling faulty and inadequate vehicles with no accountability. After 2 1/2 yrs of looking for the right truck to pull our RV. We opted to drive over 2hrs to faulty and inadequate vehicles with no accountability. After 2 1/2 yrs of looking for the right truck to pull our RV. We opted to drive over 2hrs to look at a 2015 Ford F350. We asked for pictures of the under carriage to ensure there wasn't a lot of rust as most of them were found to have. The picture sent was very clean...however, when we inspected the vehicle there was clearly an oil leak. We also noted that the windshield wiper tubing was dry-rotted and falling apart. During the selling process, we stated we wanted those things fixed which they put on their "We Owe" contract. They also had us sign an arbitration contract...which should have been a red flag. We left the truck at the dealership to have the oil leak fixed. We tried contacting the dealership to get information on what they had found. We finally spoke to Pat (the Service Manager) 7 days later and informed him of the concerns to ensure the oil leak was fixed prior to bringing the vehicle to us. He stated that they replaced the gasket in the oil pan and changed the oil. The truck was delivered that day with one young man driving the truck being followed by another young man. He handed me the key and appeared confused when asked for the second key...this part was taken care of later by Tiffany. They didn't even have us sign anything that we received the truck! We inspected the truck again and noted that the oil leak was even worse and tried contacting the GM, Aaron White. Again, we were being blown off. We told them we would have it towed to our trusted mechanic, because at this point we would trust Pat to fix a child's toy car! We tried to get a straight answer from Aaron on how we needed to handle this and all he would agree to was to see what the repair bill would be. I went back through the documents and noted that we could 'opt out' of the arbitration agreement within 10 days. We sent certified letters to the owner, Benjamin Wheat, CFO and Aaron White, GM since we felt we weren't getting anywhere at this point. After the truck was towed and diagnostics run...the total amount to fix the truck where it could be driven was $4741.37. We informed the bank of the issues, just so they were aware. We have also filed complaints with both Kentucky and Indiana Attorney General's Offices. We noted that even if we were left to use the extended warranty purchased, it only covers after the vehicle has been driven at least 1,000 miles and only pays up to $3,000 per repair visit and a total of $6,000. At this time the GM is being very vague when we do get in touch with him and he briefly states he needs to talk to the Service Dept and get back to us...although at the dealership he made it clear that the employees do what he tells them to do. We started reading a lot of the reviews and noted that there were numerous people who had similar type issues and were left with vehicles that they couldn't even drive. Their show room is filled with very nice cars that are assumed to be the owner's private collection, because those don't appear to be for sale. So, the vehicles you can purchase are not the quality they sell you on. They don't fully inspect their vehicles and try to falsify any work or service they may say they've done. If they had fully inspected this truck, they would have noticed the leak, noticed the dry rotted windshield wiper tubing AND the bird's nest that our mechanic found. We are extremely disappointed in the integrity of this dealership and will continue to file complaints until the repairs are completed as promised. Pay attention to the negative reviews! My main reason for writing a review is to help others who may not know the routes needed to take to ensure companies like this one are accountable for their actions or lack thereof. We intend to also file with the BBB, Ford's employee legal svcs, consumer protection, Sec of State, and local news, all complaint platforms and social media. More
Daniel is outstanding because our credit was not that good but he worked with us so we may have the car anyways. The service that he provided was top quality. good but he worked with us so we may have the car anyways. The service that he provided was top quality. More
