I am a disabled Veteran. I have a severe case of PTSD which because of some past bad experiences causes me to not like dealing with car sales people and not react well to th I have a severe case of PTSD which because of some past bad experiences causes me to not like dealing with car sales people and not react well to the way they act. I can't say the sales people I talked with at Indy Wholesale Direct did a great deal to improve that opinion, but they didn't make it any worse. BUT, I want to talk about a guy named Jason who made what could have been a bad situation turn out to be a quite positive experience. In the process of purchasing a Chevy pickup from Indy Wholesale and having it shipped to Louisiana where I live we ran into more than one glitch. Each time when I was about to come undone Jason worked out the problems. The biggest of the glitchs came between two states and the issue of sales tax. Though it took a few weeks Jason worked it out. My one big problem with Jason is we can't clone him so that every car dealer could have someone like him. Some may think this to be a threat but Indy Wholesale Direct has not heard the last of me when it comes to car sales transactions. Thank you Jason. More
