I had a very disappointing experience with Indy Luxury Motorsports. After extensive communication with Jeremy and Dez, I applied for financing, and Riley, their finance manager, hard-pulled my credit and Motorsports. After extensive communication with Jeremy and Dez, I applied for financing, and Riley, their finance manager, hard-pulled my credit and took a $1,000 deposit from me to hold a car I was planning to fly out and pick up the very next day. I had made it extremely clear I was looking to fly in as soon as possible and would be driving the car over 8 hours home, so I needed everything to be ready. Only after taking my deposit and pulling my credit did they decide to inform me that the car needed a brake booster replacement – a part that wasn’t even in stock with them and wouldn’t arrive for over a week. That is completely unacceptable as this was their way of relaying to me that the car did not currently even have proper functioning brakes. Both Riley and Dez told me that the deposit was refundable, but I still haven’t received a dime back. To make things worse, they’ve already re listed the car for a higher price, completely ignoring the fact that my deposit was supposed to be holding it for me. This kind of business practice is shady and shows a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and credit. This purchase was very important to me as this car has always been a dream of mine to own and I was taken advantage of by the staff here at Indy Luxury Motorsports. More
