I bought my car back in September and the air conditioner didn’t work. I told them this before I purchased it and we wrote a “contract”. They were supposed to fix it before I purchased my car but they were t didn’t work. I told them this before I purchased it and we wrote a “contract”. They were supposed to fix it before I purchased my car but they were too busy to look into it. So my salesman recommended I buy it now and they will guarantee to fix it. A few weeks past by and I finally get a call to bring it in the shop so they can look at it. They found that it was the air compressor. I waited almost a month for them to get the part in and after rearranging my work schedule I bring it in then they said they ordered the wrong part. So we have to schedule again to get it fixed. Then my job needed me the day I was supposed to bring it in so we have to reschedule again. It’s just frustrating because I have had this car two months now and when I asked last time if I would be guaranteed that it would be fixed this time the mechanic couldn’t give me a solid yes. I understand that things happen but how slow it is taking is crazy when I work full time and it’s hard for me to be able to bring it in without no car for the day. We will see if they fix it next time and my review may go up a star but right now I’m just annoyed because this should’ve been fixed or at least diagnosed before I bought my car. More

Jarett was great and helped me get my new car. When I had a couple questions about the car they came out and looked at it before they sold it to me. Not a very honest place to buy a vehicle. Very displeased with them. I wouldn’t recommend them. This is just my opinion. Not much more can be said on the matter. This dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle that needed a new engine. After driving it for a week after purchasing it I took it to them in order for them to fix whatever the problem was because the oil light new engine. After driving it for a week after purchasing it I took it to them in order for them to fix whatever the problem was because the oil light came on. They "fixed" (needed a PCV Valve) it gave it back a week later the same thing happened (Vaccum Hose was loose) so I took it back they "fixed" it and gave it back. Every week after that the oil light came on and every week I took it back. This time I decided to take it to the Audi dealership and they told me that it's the Pistons inside of the engine that is causing this oil leak and the only way to fix it was to get a brand new engine. THIS is something that I know for a fact that this dealership knew about this car before they sold it to me. I am highly upset because now I am stuck with a car that needs an engine which is going to cost thousands of dollars on top of paying thousands of dollars for the car totally unacceptable. More

I declined the warranty as I didn't see need at time being 2014 what issues could possibly be in only 6year old vehicle. I was told by finance dept Tim that it was no problem that I could always add lat being 2014 what issues could possibly be in only 6year old vehicle. I was told by finance dept Tim that it was no problem that I could always add later if I chose to. Well within week or two of purchase the aws light came on with horrible grinding braking noise. I contacted Tim & was set up vehicle inspection for warranty. Drive an hour to the appt, waited in lobby an hour for the inspection to be completed. Inspector of vehicle told me Tim would be in touch post inspection. Well finally after 5days Tim finally responded back to Me only to tell me their dealer doesn't offer the after purchasing warranty anymore. It's such crock of bull****. They just don't want to fix their stuff. Why did you waste my time with setting up an appt if after purchasing warranty can't be added anymore? Why set up the inspection? Why waste my time? Why at time of purchase you said it could be added later? This company looks out for themselves & not the customer! More
