The biggest issue is sales person follow-up after the sale! Still waiting for a call regarding a part I need. Other than that, the deal was fair. The good is they had a Pacifica with the features I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Steve was willing to stay a little late to help me out. The bad was that I attempted to call at least 4 wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Steve was willing to stay a little late to help me out. Finally someone texted me to say the salesman I first talked to was off and could he call me in the morning. Since I'm a commercial driver I don't do texts while driving. Seems they expect everyone to text or email and don't pay attention to their phones. If I had not put money down to hold it till I could stop by I would not have stopped. Steve saved the sale. The paperwork took way too long and I realized that in the big city they trusted no one. That's one reason I like doing business in smaller towns when possible. More

I bought my car back in September and the air conditioner didn’t work. I told them this before I purchased it and we wrote a “contract”. They were supposed to fix it before I purchased my car but they were t didn’t work. I told them this before I purchased it and we wrote a “contract”. They were supposed to fix it before I purchased my car but they were too busy to look into it. So my salesman recommended I buy it now and they will guarantee to fix it. A few weeks past by and I finally get a call to bring it in the shop so they can look at it. They found that it was the air compressor. I waited almost a month for them to get the part in and after rearranging my work schedule I bring it in then they said they ordered the wrong part. So we have to schedule again to get it fixed. Then my job needed me the day I was supposed to bring it in so we have to reschedule again. It’s just frustrating because I have had this car two months now and when I asked last time if I would be guaranteed that it would be fixed this time the mechanic couldn’t give me a solid yes. I understand that things happen but how slow it is taking is crazy when I work full time and it’s hard for me to be able to bring it in without no car for the day. We will see if they fix it next time and my review may go up a star but right now I’m just annoyed because this should’ve been fixed or at least diagnosed before I bought my car. More
