Excellent Sales Staff, Service/Detailing Depts No Good I have been looking for this exact truck for about 6 months. I had been watching prices both locally and across neighboring states. When I found thi I have been looking for this exact truck for about 6 months. I had been watching prices both locally and across neighboring states. When I found this truck on carguru.com it had been listed for over 60 days, and the price reduction along with my trade-in made it feasible to begin the purchase process. Val Yegerov replied back to inquiry within 2 hours via email and he was very helpful throughout the process. He was receptive to the fact that I lived 4 hours away and I wanted to have everything lined up to be as flawless and expedient as the process could be. We worked through trade-in value, price negotiation, a walk-around video of the Ranger, and everything that I would need to bring with me for the transaction, and making a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the truck. I don't think I ever waited more than 2 hours to hear back from Val, and again - he was a great guy to deal with. He wasn't pushy, wasn't too laid back, but most importantly he was very communicative - always quick to respond and keep me up to date with the process. So I wake up before the suns cracks the horizon Saturday morning and begin my drive to Indianapolis, IN. I get there about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and Val is ready to begin processing paperwork and he has the truck pulled around for me to test drive. He led me out and I hopped in excited to see how the truck handled, accelerated, etc. I couldn't have been more appalled at the condition of this truck on the inside. It was very obvious that for a truck that had been listed over 60 days (60 FREAKING DAYS) that the detail crew hadn't been through it to get upholstery, plastic, or the glass cleaned. The previous owner must have smoked like a chimney because the truck reeked. The acrid pungent stench of 5+ years of smoking inside this truck was absolutely overwhelming. So there I was, $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the truck, and this thing smells like a tire fire. They explain to me that to deodorize the truck would take a minimum 24 period, so basically this place is telling me take it or leave it. I took possession of the vehicle and drove 4 hours home choking on the stench of the interior of this truck. I have already spent $50 interior detailing supplies to get all the cigarette tar off of the glass and plastic and shampooed the seats and headliner. The truck still stinks and I am being quoted $175 to have this truck professionally deodorized and detailed. I will never do business with this dealership again, nor will I ever have a kind word to say about my experience other than the fact that I thought Val was a great guy to deal with. More
