Constant buyer, best place so far! To put this into perspective, the vehicle I purchased from Indy Auto Man is my 13th vehicle in 8 years. To say I've dealt with dealerships before is a To put this into perspective, the vehicle I purchased from Indy Auto Man is my 13th vehicle in 8 years. To say I've dealt with dealerships before is an understatement. I first started talking with Victor during the week and we agreed on a price for a trade in I had. It was higher than the KBB instant cash offer, but lower than what I wanted "bottom dollar" for it. We discussed it, and as soon as I drove in, he agreed to my bottom dollar. No haggling, no back and forth, just a simple "we'll pay what you're looking for". I was shocked to say the least. Then, when I found the car I was looking for, we negotiated on that too. I got exactly what I wanted, at the price I was willing to pay, and was in and out in the easiest process I've ever dealt with in my life. This place is top notch, and well worth the 4 hour drive I took to get there. I'd do it again in a heartbeat (if I ever get rid of this car) More

Very Honest and Helpful To start, I didn't end up buying a car here. I decided to get a cheaper car for my son instead of a nicer one for me. However, I was very impressed with the service I received. Bill Birch was the person assisting and was honest, up front, didn't hide any issues and very much focused on me versus making the sale. I have search for 3 months for a car and have run into many in the industry that were not only salesy, but seemed untrustworthy.
