The experience. My intention originally was to go to another dealership. I was looking for a vehicle that was something close to what I wanted but I couldn't afford at the moment. My wife found any other man online and the type of car that I wanted what's on there and it had the lowest gas mileage that I have seen on vehicles with this year on it. I called and I talked to Sam, and his help with this car has been wonderful. He got me a quote and within a couple of days we were able to solidify a deal. The service here from the kindness of all of the employees working here is very kind of warm. More

He made the car buying experience stress free and extremely easy. Sam went above and beyond to answer all of our questions (we asked him many detailed questions). Even as far as grabbing one of his technicians to come out and share his expertise on the vehicle. His level of professionalism was second to none. When we arrived we were definitely questioning if this was the right car to buy at the time. Sam provided an experience so convenient that there was no way we could have left without the car. He absolutely put no pressure on us to make the sale, he simply guided us through the process until we made the decision on our own that this was the car we were going home with that day. For my future car buying needs I will definitely reach back out to Sam. You can rest easy knowing this man does not fit the stereotype of a car salesman that everyone is scared of. Great experience. Great facility. Great salesman. Amazing purchase. Also, can't forget about the front desk man Eugene! We were there bright and early before the dealer opened. Eugene spotted us looking at the Subaru and invited us in. He made sure we were taken care of immediately as well as had some discussions with us about the car we were looking at. The owner who also goes by Victor was a cool guy. He made sure things went by smoothly and we had a great conversation about his auto journey. Plan to pay full price So, I went to this dealer looking at a $24,500 truck. After looking at it, I ask them what's the best price they can do? They told me they could not So, I went to this dealer looking at a $24,500 truck. After looking at it, I ask them what's the best price they can do? They told me they could not drop the price at all. I asked them if they could drop the price a little bit and they again said no. So, I asked them if there are any other fees and they told me that there is an additional $495 for processing fee. So, the truck that I was hoping to get for a little less than $24,500 would actually cost $24,995 plus tax. Then, I asked them about a different truck that was priced at $23,100. I asked them if there is any wiggle room on that price. He said yes...so, I thought, great. But, then he said only about $200. Wow, $200!...with a $495 processing fee. Plan to pay more than they are asking for the automobile you want! Also, Brittany was very nice and helpful. But, when she sent me to the guy that actually does the negotiating, he was very uninterested in selling any trucks. He did not offered to show me any other trucks. Maybe it was because I told them I wanted to use my bank for the financing. I think that they may charge a higher interest rate to make even more money. I looked at 2 different banks and found rates at 4 and 5.25 percent So, do not use their financing of it is higher. More
