Friendly staff at this location Bill was very friendly and patient . My husband and I are both very picky . He took pretty much the entire day just to make sure we were taken care of Bill was very friendly and patient . My husband and I are both very picky . 2009 F-150 Platinum I bought a 2009 F-150 Platinum from Indy Auto Man on 1/26/2017.... they included a 3 month warranty with it... I had to have the power steering reserv I bought a 2009 F-150 Platinum from Indy Auto Man on 1/26/2017.... they included a 3 month warranty with it... I had to have the power steering reservoir, the catalytic converters, an exhaust leak fixed all within 3 weeks under the warranty. I also was supposed to receive a new rear view mirror that they ordered and did not install while I had it in and out of service (3 separate times) for the previously mentioned issues (and still have not got it installed). When the warranty expired I have since had to pay out of pocket for a new power steering pump, water pump, fan clutch, 2 new serpentine belts(due to an oil leak). This dealership sold me a lemon and wants nothing to do with making it right. I would never recommend or advise someone to buy a vehicle from them. More
