First Dealership Experience After doing months of research on the internet to find an affordable and reliable compact truck in my area, I was unable to muster up any good leads t After doing months of research on the internet to find an affordable and reliable compact truck in my area, I was unable to muster up any good leads that fit my budget. Those that were in the area had already been sold or were available long enough for me to barely click and call. I expanded my search outside of Cincinnati to see if it would be more fruitful. The deal I came across at Indy Auto Man seemed too good to be true so I checked in to confirm it was still available and ask some general questions before setting up a test drive. Rather than wait a week, I decided to drive up to Indy earlier than scheduled out of fear of losing out on the opportunity. After driving 2 hours I was immediately greeted at the front desk where I was shortly introduced to Val who accommodated me on short notice. He was extremely open and honest with me about my trade-in value and walked me right into the test drive. He gave me ample time to look over the vehicle and test it out. When I arrived back and shared some of my concerns, he immediately took note and had the truck sent over to the garage for the minor repairs after a brief inspection of his own. It was nice to have someone take those concerns seriously and address them without simply pushing to the side. Everything from there went just as smooth and I was able to head back to Cincinnati with both the vehicle and cost I was aiming for. I would definitely recommend! More

My only complaint is the time it took to get the final paperwork in order. I went in pre qualified and it seemed like forever before the documents were ready to sign.
