Dear Raptor, Indy Auto Man strives for 100% satisfaction with all of our customers and clearly that has not been the case with you. We apologize for your less than acceptable experience. Please know that we did work diligently with you on each issue you presented. When you contacted us after delivery to tell us the brakes had an issue we DID reimburse you what our cost would have been to replace them. Indy Auto Man agreed to this based solely on your word that there was an issue in spite of our records saying there was no issue. Once you notified us that your refund of your $500 deposit needed to be returned we went to work verifying that it had not been previously returned to your credit card company. Once accounting had verified that fact we refunded the amount to your card, Yes, it took some time, but we did exactly what we said we would do. The sales tax collected is generated by an outside company that calculates sales tax owed for each taxing district in the country. We assessed the amount determined by that agency. Again, when the over-payment was noted, we refunded it to you once the taxing district confirmed this to us. Lastly, during our many phone conversations with you after your purchase, we identified the delay in your title work. You informed us that you had been given an additional temp tag by your Bureau of Motor vehicles and as soon as our title manager returned to work we finalized your processing. There were delays here for sure, but we did work hard to make the situation right for you as quickly as possible. Sincerely, Indy Auto Man

If you can replace all four brakes and rotors for $350 with all parts and labor costs then your in the wrong business as people would be lined up at the door to have this work done. I also left out the matter of the stain in the passengers seat that was never cleaned that you stated would be done before the truck was shipped. Although I paid to have it cleaned. You did offer to reimburse me for this but felt that it was not needed. But in my opinion it shows how your dealership does business. As for the 3 months it took to complete this transaction, if that is what you call timely then I sincerely thank you for all that you have done to in this matter.
