My husband and I planned to go look at cars around Indianapolis, but we found such a great deal and worked with such great people, that we did not have to look any further. Cody and Bert were knowledgeable, professional, caring, and helpful. They genuinely listened to us and wanted us to drive away in a car that was perfect for our family. I got pre-approved for a loan through my credit union, but the finance guy at IAM was able to get me approved through a different credit union with a interest rate 2.4% lower than I had been quoted. Mike in sales was great. He made the process so easy and was patient with the million questions I had. I’m confident that I couldn’t have gotten a better deal on the same car anywhere else.
