It was a great experience. Most people enter this dealership knowing what vehicle they are interested in. I knew what vehicle I wanted to test drive and inquired on line. I got a phone call from Indy Auto Man telling me they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. I test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it. There was no high pressure sales, they were firm but very reasonable. They addressed all of my concerns and compromised well to be fair. It was a quick application process and they had me out of there quickly. This may sound a little overboard, but it was by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. And I would say in my lifetime, I have dealt with at least 8 -10 dealerships. No double talk, very forthright, and down to business. It wasn't an all day, wear you down, process. Far from it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase. Great experience...and keep up the good work. More

Fast and friendly experience Walked in on a Saturday morning with no appointment. Which I didn't know was an option. Was greeted by a very friendly salesman, Michael, after just a couple minutes. Told him the exact vehicle I had found online and wanted to look at. It was still on the lot, so I went for a test drive and by the time I got my financing had gone through! By the time I got to the financial office to sign paperwork they had found a different loan that saved me $50 a month! Now that's great customer service!!! More
