Poor business practice I would like everyone to know how disappointed I was to learn that the truck my son was buying off of this dealership, was sold from underneath him. W I would like everyone to know how disappointed I was to learn that the truck my son was buying off of this dealership, was sold from underneath him. We had a purchase agreement sent to our bank last night and was told that there was no need to come in, as our salesman would fax the purchase agreement over, which he done (the one thing he did do right). My son was on his way to pick up the truck today with the check, and was texted, not called by his salesman to let him know that he just sold the truck. When asked why this happened, I was told all dealerships do this (sale a vehicle out from underneath you). I have never bought a vehicle from any dealership, had a purchase agreement sent over to my bank and then have the vehicle sold from me. If this is the type of customer service that this dealership practices, then I wouldn't think anyone would want to deal with them. They wasted a lot of people's time today, as our bank representative spent her day off, getting the check to drop off to my son and for my son to leave work early to pick the truck up. Just because someone comes in and gets a loan approval done with the dealership (so they can make more money) doesn't mean you should sale a vehicle out from underneath from someone. Very disappointed!!!!!!!! More
