Brittany was my salesperson and she is absolutely amazing! She made a stressful process fun and enjoyable. We looked at several cars that worked with my budget and I was blown away at the options. Price on car not actual price. Waste of time. I saw a Mercedes Benz on the lot priced at $16,800. After spending over an hour looking at the car and test driving, I decided that the Mercedes was t I saw a Mercedes Benz on the lot priced at $16,800. After spending over an hour looking at the car and test driving, I decided that the Mercedes was the one I wanted. The salesman then proceeded to inform me that the price on the car was a mistake and the car was actually $3,000 more than the sign in the window. I told him I was incredibly upset about this and they told me there was no way they could honor the price. They then told me it was an “honest” mistake, but honest people and reliable dealerships sell their cars at the price they are listed for. I came here to get a new car after just graduating college as a gift to myself so that I could move to Atlanta to start my new career. Instead of leaving with the car I wanted, I left with tears and disappointment. Needless to say, the price listed on the car probably isn’t the actual price so beware. More
