Great employee I would never buy another car from here, if it wasn't for the front desk manager Brandi I would have been dropped my keys off. Ever since i have purch I would never buy another car from here, if it wasn't for the front desk manager Brandi I would have been dropped my keys off. Ever since i have purchased my vehicle i have had to bring it back every couple of weeks for the SAME ISSUE they claim they don't see even though i have videos of it. I cant even drive my vehicle on the highway. However Brandi has been so patient and VERY VERY helpful. She is the ONLY person who has returned any of my phone calls and emails. She actually does what she says she will do. She goes above and beyond her job duties. I wish they had more people like her there. If you have any issues you should just go to her directly and if she can't help she will get you to someone who can. More

Dream car🤩 I had been saving and looking for cars for so long and I actually got to the point where I was just about to give up and go for something I didnt exac I had been saving and looking for cars for so long and I actually got to the point where I was just about to give up and go for something I didnt exactly love. Thats when I found Indy Auto Man where I found the perfect, afordable car for me. They were super kind and easy-going and answered all of the questions I had. 10/10 would recommend, a lot of great cars there too !! More

Awful customer service We are in an open 13 and simply needed the financing info to get to our trustee for approval. We talked to 3 salesmen total because no one would get back to us. We called and texted and the response was always the same, they’re busy. Ok well shove the preapproval we sent in because you lost a sale since we weren’t important enough. Thanks for running our credit for nothing. We will not return and we will not recommend your services to anyone! More
