A few days ago, I came to Indy Auto Man because I was in the market for a new car and I had heard from a friend how easy they were to work with and that the prices are very fair. When I began to look around the market for a new car and I had heard from a friend how easy they were to work with and that the prices are very fair. When I began to look around, I was met on the lot by Konnie. When he walked up to me, I began to think that he was the typical car salesman, but he was very nice and easy to work with! after I finished my test drive, I decided to buy. Scott was very easy to work with as well and he was very helpful and explained any questions I had. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anybody and I plan to buy here again!! Very easy to work with, fair prices, and great cars!! Thank you Indy Auto Man!! More

I have been looking for a pre-owned BMW for quite sometime and found the one I truly liked at this dealership. My salesperson Konnie was very professional and even though I arrived at the end of the sometime and found the one I truly liked at this dealership. My salesperson Konnie was very professional and even though I arrived at the end of their business day, he was kind to stay with us and answer all of questions and with the help of the general manager Scott, complete our transaction, It was truly a great environment and I recommend them highly. In January 2013, we bought a vehicle from Indy Auto Man. Had we just been purchasing the car, things might have been fine, but we also had them replace the timing belt and water pump as a condition of purch Had we just been purchasing the car, things might have been fine, but we also had them replace the timing belt and water pump as a condition of purchase since they were nearly due on the maintenance cycle. A week after we brought the car home, it broke down due to the timing belt snapping. We had to have the car towed back up to Indy Auto Man. During the week they had the car, it was difficult to communicate with anyone about what exactly was damaged, what was being done to repair it, and who would be responsible for the costs. Once we were finally able to pick up the car (at no charge), we brought it home only to discover the check engine light on and a massive oil leak the next day. At this point, we took the car to a Volkswagen dealership where over $3000 worth of incompetently repaired damage was discovered. Indy Auto Man refused to pay for the repairs, and we were forced to take them to small claims court. Ten months later, we have received the repair and court costs. We will never be purchasing another car from Indy Auto Man and would discourage anyone else from doing so either. More

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Had problems with the car the next day after purchasing it. It was taken in for their "mechanics" to look at several times and returned s business. Had problems with the car the next day after purchasing it. It was taken in for their "mechanics" to look at several times and returned several times for the same problem after they supposedly fixed it. They do not return phone calls and if you go in personally they hide. If you value customer service I would stay away from this place. i hope no one else has to go through what I have. More
