The website was informative, the people were polite and helpful, and we found a vehicle we liked at a good price. We did have an issue with the vehicle that was not the fault of Indy Auto Man, but we rece helpful, and we found a vehicle we liked at a good price. We did have an issue with the vehicle that was not the fault of Indy Auto Man, but we received personal attention and care from them, specifically Victor, to reach a solution that we were pleased with. He really showed a desire to make me pleased with my overall experience with the dealership, and made me feel important as a customer. That is not standard treatment at all places these days, so that is the top reason that I would recommend this dealership to others. More

We came to Indy Auto Man because they had listed on the web a 2003 Honda Civic that we wanted to see. Though we arrived just at their closing time, Tyler offered to stay late and let us see and test drive web a 2003 Honda Civic that we wanted to see. Though we arrived just at their closing time, Tyler offered to stay late and let us see and test drive the car we had viewed on the web. We liked the car, and he offered us a 50/50, 3000 mile/3 month warranty, against anything that was defective. He was great to work with. We purchased the car, and then a few days later took it to our local shop to have them change the tires (we owned a new set that would fit) , and the service tech told us we had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed, one of which could be expensive to repair. So we called Tyler to see if it would be covered by our warranty, and he said that it would. He was very kind, and reassuring, and worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of. We now have the Civic back, and it seems to be doing very well so far. We have been happy with this dealer, and would work with Tyler again. More

Came in looked at several different SUVS. Was quite surprised by the number of cars they had. Found the one we liked and worked out a deal. Gave me a good number on my trade in. Indy Auto Man has a great selection of cars and a very helpful staff. I went in looking for an Audi but Kirill Sushko put me in a much better ride for the price. He knows his cars inside and out. My son was interested in a car on the lot that he had seen advertised on their website. We drove an hour to look at the car and after looking at it on the lot, shared we were interested in taking for a seen advertised on their website. We drove an hour to look at the car and after looking at it on the lot, shared we were interested in taking for a test-drive. Our salesman, Konnie, came back out after getting keys for a couple other cars also and shared that the original car was currently removed from sales as the car had unexpectedly died upon a previous day's test drive and they were unwilling to sell a car with a possible problem. Not too many dealerships in my extensive car purchasing experience would worry about such a thing and instead would try to sell the car to an unsuspecting buyer (with the hopes it didn't die). Said alot for the dealership and Konnie's honesty ! Which by the way...if you decide to look at an Indy Auto Man car, be sure and ask for Konnie. Very personable, no pressure...just a guy wanting to sell a car and make you happy in the process ! More

Jake was excellent to work with, he responded to my emails very quickly and followed up with us just as quick. My husband and I were very impressed with his honesty and just over all easy going perso emails very quickly and followed up with us just as quick. I did my homework and had two to three models I was interested in buying. Indy Auto Man's lot carried all three. When Cleve and I talked about what I was looking for, he kept an eye out and told me abo interested in buying. Indy Auto Man's lot carried all three. When Cleve and I talked about what I was looking for, he kept an eye out and told me about specific cars - both on the lot and coming soon. I narrowed the search down to one make/model and Indy Auto Man carried three of them. I was able to pick and chose and drove off the lot confident in my purchase. Working with Cleve, the owner and the finance dept. (for warranty info) was a breeze. Thanks guys! More
