Best car buying experience yet! Go see Tom! We were shopping for a great used car for our daughter, and we kind of stumbled on Indy Auto Man by accident, but it was a great stumble. We were greeted by Tom Kemp and he was so patient with us as we test drove a LOT of cars. There was a great selection on the lot, but Tom never pressured us but just made it clear that he wanted us to end up in the right car for our daughter and us. We have bought a LOT of cars over the years and Tom honestly made this our best experience yet. He was very patient and just quietly confident that we would find the right car and he was right. Our daughter ended up in a beautiful 2008 BMW that she is thrilled with and so are we! Thank you Indy Auto Man and Tom Kemp! We will be back! More

Fast and Easy Experience My husband and I recently visited Indy auto man for the first time. We had done our shopping on the website beforehand. We were greeted at the door by Bill S who was very friendly and helpful. We told him which car we were interested in and he took us straight to it. Within 15 min we were on our test drive. While we were out, they appraised our trade in and had a quote ready by the time we returned. We had some questions and Eugene and Bill did an excellent job answering them. They were great at meeting our concerns and providing the information we needed. We purchased the vehicle and were done within 1 1/2 hours. There was none of that "lets let them sit and wait it out" that you get at some dealerships. Bill was great to work with and Eugene made sure everything was to our liking. By far the easiest dealership we have ever worked with. We loved the drive and the new car so much, we took the long way home! More

I was a cynic concerning used cars and warranties. My faith has been restored. These guys came through for myself and my daughter (who is the proud recipient of "new wheels"). What's more important I trust them to be there if ever the need for support should again arise. If I had more kids, I'd buy them cars from Indy Auto Man. More

EXCELLENT. YOU WON MY BUSINESS. I bought 2 vehicles for my kids within the last 2 years. Victor and Eugene were responsive as always and I felt like they care about my business and u I bought 2 vehicles for my kids within the last 2 years. AMAZING BMW AND AUDI PURCHASE! This past week we went to Indy Auto Man and were looking for a vehicle for my son. With the help of easily one of the friendliest people that work there we had no problem finding the perfect car for my son (Audi A4). The transaction had no stress involved because of how friendly and patient everyone was there and the atmosphere was just so relaxed but extremely professional! In fact it was such a great and pleasant experience for us that a couple days later that same week I went back to buy another car for my other son (BMW) which was just as pleasant of an experience! The people that helped us were very patient with us and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had and were just absolutely Magnificent! STOP!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER This was my worst buying experience ever. Although I did not do a very good job inspecting the vehicle I was appalled once I discovered some very ser This was my worst buying experience ever. Although I did not do a very good job inspecting the vehicle I was appalled once I discovered some very serious issues with the vehicle. Immediately after leaving the dealership I went for an oil change only to find out I had a headlight out and there was a major oil leak. Decided to have the light bulb replaced however that did not correct the problem because someone had taken out the ballest and fuse for this light. I went to a real dealership to have this vehicle checked out and was told by that mechanic they could not believe this vehicle was sold in this condition and that I had just purchased a money pit. Went back to Indy Auto Man to see how they would help resolve the issue only to be told that I purchased the car as is and they would not do anything regarding taking back the vehicle but that I could use on of their mechanic shops to take care of the repairs needed. There needs to be laws put in place against this type of dealership which does not have any integrity and is only worried about their bottom line. Be ware of what you are buying when dealing with this dealership. Also make sure you read all the fine print on any warranty purchased from this dealership as well. You just may not be getting what you think you paid for. More

My New Mazda Speed6 Excellent customer service they helped us as best they could to get into our new car. Even though there was some issues they said they would help with Excellent customer service they helped us as best they could to get into our new car. Even though there was some issues they said they would help with what needed done. Before i left the lot I noticed the driver left tire had a bulge in it and Eugene told me he would pay for the tire to be replaced just to have the tire place i took it to call him and he would take care of it. Now after i got home i have noticed the other front tire has a bulge in it also . So I will call him and talk to him about it if he pays for the one tire I will buy the other everyone there was just awesome and so nice Tom was also working his butt off to help us get into this car. Also the driver window doesn't work right the minute but they are working with me to fix that. So as of right now i give them a Awesome review depending on if they keep to their word which i think they will. Thanks again guys for getting us into this car. More

I had recently changed jobs and needed to trade down into a smaller vehicle so I dropped in and talked with Eugene and Tom. Eugene was VERY FAIR with his offers to me on my trade-in value and found a nice little cooper in great shape at a fair price to put me into. I can highly recommend working with Tom and Eugene here at IndyAutoman, and when my wife needs a new van in a couple years...I know who'll I'll be calling :) Thanks guys! More
