Couldn't be Happier with my 06 Acura TL I drove from Louisville, KY to purchase a 2006 Acura TL. I consider myself an educated buyer-- I spent quiet a bit of time researching the car prior to visiting Indy Auto Man. When I arrived, the car was freshly washed, cleaned and pulled to the front. Dave gave me time alone to look over the car (which I greatly appreciate)--about 10 minutes later, he gave me the keys and I took it for a test drive. I am very observant so naturally I had a lot of questions; some of my questions Dave knew the answer to, and others he honestly said he didn't know (again, I appreciate). After purchasing the car, I took it to an Acura dealership & had it inspected-- mechanics came back with minor recommended repairs which I expected. Scott the finance manager did a great job of shopping for the best rates. I really felt that he was looking out for my best interest; not to mention his interest rate beat my bank. From the time I arrived to the time I left was about 2 hours. Haggle-free, quick and painless. My two hour drive to Carmel was definitely worth it and I know I got a solid car. Drove 500+ miles, Completely Worth It! I have been looking for a Fiat 500 for almost 6 months but I had a relatively low price point (under $10,000 dollars) as I didn't want to finance more I have been looking for a Fiat 500 for almost 6 months but I had a relatively low price point (under $10,000 dollars) as I didn't want to finance more than 50% of my purchase. My salesperson, Brennan Young, worked with me over the phone (as I live in Michigan) and did everything possible to be pleasant, accommodating, and proactive. I was extremely impressed that Brennan talked to me (a woman) rather than directing conversation to my husband as had occurred at other dealerships. I noticed a scratch on the door and within an hour, it had been removed and my car was pristine. We saved a significant amount of money and ended up with the car of my dreams with fewer than 20,000 miles. I can't even imagine how the experience could have been better. They offered me everything I said I didn't want. The experience at Indy Auto Man was MUCH the opposite of what you expect at a dealership. The people there are friendly, humble and personable. I didn't at all feel pressured into anything and they let me lead the deal. I told them want I wanted and they delivered it in a way that let me know I mattered to them. I was given the full Carfax report, test drove anything I wanted and was given all opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle there or take it somewhere to be looked at before buying. It felt like I was working with a friendly neighbor more so than a pushy salesman and I appreciate that. My experience there far surpasses any other place I have ever been for a big decision like purchasing your next vehicle. I am highly satisfied so far and also very grateful for my experience.
