Very bad first impression I drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive a car that was already sold when I got there and noone bothered to call and let me know. Exceeding all expectations I was searching for nicer higher end used car. The search ended at Indy Automan. Tons of cars to choose from, all lower mileage, very clean. The pearl white paint pops off the car. Had a minor issue with the TPMS light. Victor was very helpful and paid for the fix even after I already purchased the vehicle. Inspect before buying. You get what you get!! Purchased a car a few months ago from Indy Auto Man. The transaction and interaction with the car lot was fantastic. My sales person was friendly and was not pushy and the selection of cars they have is unbeatable. My only complaint was not having the car I purchased inspected before buying. The car lot was willing to address the immediate visible concerns with the car, but it was a few days after purchase that real problems arose. The first time it rained my convertible top leaked and within the week of purchase my brakes became noisy and had to be immediately replaced for safety. Since my purchase in May I've had to replace all my tires, replace the back brakes, repair the leaking convertible top and have engine repair work done, in addition to an oil change and new wiper blades. I understood to my car purchase to be as is, so I didn't not involve the car lot after purchase, so I am unable to comment if they would have assisted in the immediate repairs. Though I feel that my car has been in the repair shop more than at home I am still happy to have bought it and hope this review will be helpful to others. More

However, Rob Lawson was very helpful in getting everything taken care of as quickly as possible. They got me a rental car and fixed my car up within three days. Not many dealerships are willing to go so far above and beyond these days, but these guys really do, and its nice to know there are still trustworthy and reliable dealerships out there like Indy Auto Man. I've recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car and will continue to do so. More
