Thank you for this feedback. I am going to look into the communication about this to see where I can work on coaching my team to be respectful of the customers. I am the communication was hurried and pressure filled because a stop payment check is not a situation that is typically accidental and we have to move very quickly to avoid getting legal departments involved. I never want a customer to feel that they are disrespected under any circumstance and I apologize for that. I do not know the details of how this happened accidentally and I am sure that was frustrating for you. I would be frustrated too if my bank did something like that.
