Great Car, Great People Good Deal Looked far and wide for the right car at the right deal. Called Indy Auto Man after they promptly responded to an online request for info, and was immediately at ease with Salesman Jeff. He went the extra mile to make sure we were not traveling 250 miles for nothing, and upon making the trip found he along with the whole organization was completely straight with us and it was everything we wanted, at a deal that was right for us. Great customer service from 100 miles away I was searching for a specific used Volvo. Found pics on Carnax.com but the dealer was 100 miles away. I reached out with a few questions. Over the I was searching for a specific used Volvo. Found pics on Carnax.com but the dealer was 100 miles away. I reached out with a few questions. Over the course of several days, Victor went above and beyond my expectations. He answered questions via phone and text. He took additional pics at my request. He found me a competitive rate for financing -- and then beat it when I told him what I could get locally. He was even ready to get the car ready to sync to my phone. I was highly impressed. I ended up finding a car closer to home but would definitely recommend them. More

Problems I had a leak in my sunroof about three weeks after purchase,went back to dealer stated that since it was the holiday season couldn't look at it until I had a leak in my sunroof about three weeks after purchase,went back to dealer stated that since it was the holiday season couldn't look at it until Jan,Since then I have heavey smoke coming from exhaust,oil leak under car and burning two qts.of oil a week,I purchased the warranty,Filled out a guest form three times,Haven't gotten a response as of yet.
