Jeff did everything he could to get it fixed but it was deemed unfixable. So glad he did all the extra work for us before we drove so far to only find the problem ourselves. There was some issues with my financing as well as some other issues occurring within the dealership (A car was stolen from the lot that night). Yet, Matt stayed almost 2 hours after closing hours to finish working with me on finalizing the purchase. I give his service a full 10/10. More

Overall Good Buying Experience I found the 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel after searching for a couple months online. We drove from Ohio to look at the vehicle and it was in I found the 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel after searching for a couple months online. We drove from Ohio to look at the vehicle and it was in decent condition with low miles. The back hatch latch was sticking so while we went to get lunch they were getting the paperwork in line and fixing the latch. We returned signed everything and as we were getting ready to leave found that the latch was not fixed. Back into the shop and delayed us another hour. After getting the vehicle and getting on the road the TPMS system was not showing the left rear wheel. This never happened during the 20 minute test drive, but magically it appears after I bought it. Not worth the drive to make them fix it so guess I will eat it. I still think I should have gotten more for my trade, but they were at the low KBB value and I talked them up another $500. I still think it was worth $1000 more as a trade in (high KBB trade value). Overall good experience and would go back if they had another rare car I was looking for. More

I was greatly welcomed and they had the car I been looking for. I got the 2011 Ralliart with 34k miles with the warranty that Mitsubishi honors. All at great deal. I was seriously looking long for this car far and wide. Thank you guys for the superb service and for taking good care of me. My experience was great. Its worth the trip to check these guys out if your looking for a car. They have lots and lots of various cars and trucks in there lot. They are not like typical salesmen who are only interested in making money off crappy cars like most other dealers. Thank you all at Indy Auto man. Keep up the great work guys. When I got there to look at the car, of course it was low on gas, and had to put gas in it. The car was in great shape, to be 10 yrs. old. The only problem I had was the car didn't have any floor mats. I know that sounds petty, but every car I've ever purchased, (private, or dealer) have floor mats. He told me that he would get me floor mats, even after I purchased the car. As expected, I haven't heard about the floor mats since I drove off the lot. I found some original mats online for a $100. I would even split the cost! But, it doesn't surprise me. Overall, it was a typical car buying experience with a dealership. I would return again to purchase, if they have a good deal again. More
