Service Terrible service, they don't return phone calls or emails. I was told they would fix a problem and it was never fixed. Very easy transistion and very pleasant No complaints very nice people to deal with. My husband traded in our escalade due to my father having a stroke and being paralyzed we felt he needed No complaints very nice people to deal with. We owned our escalade so it was a pretty easy process for us. My husband decided to still stick with a luxury car a 2008 bmw 550i . We noticed that the navigation disc was not in the car as we took our first road trip and no worries the gentleman gave my husband a disc to try and if it didn't download he assured us he would order us one. 2011 Ford F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 I called from North Carolina the day the add for the truck first appeared on the internet. Kyle picked up the phone and was super friendly and transfe I called from North Carolina the day the add for the truck first appeared on the internet. Kyle picked up the phone and was super friendly and transferred me to Devon. Devon was really cool to deal with, very laid back. I asked would I be able to finance the vehicle being out of state. He talked to his manager, who said yes. I filled out an application online and he called me an hour later telling me I was approved. He then let me put a deposit down to hold the truck. This was very important because they were selling the truck almost 10k cheaper than anywhere else that I saw for the options that it had on it. I bought a plane ticket and Dmitry agreed to pick me up from the airport, my flight was 30 minutes late but he waited and drove me to the dealership. When I got there Devon greeted me and went and had a full detail done on the truck...(washed, armor all, carpets cleaned, dash wiped down, the works!!) I filled out my paperwork and was on my way in the truck which drove almost 600 miles with no problems at all. Great deal!! Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal.
