We never like to hear about a customer being frustrated with his/her experience with us and I am very sorry for your frustration. I am would like to know more about why you were under the impression that we do not allow third party inspections. Would you be willing to contact me directly about that so I can look into the communication on our side? We have no issues with inspections, even delivering the vehicles for customers at times. We also have a form at the time of sale that every customer signs to ask if they did a third party inspection. This allows us to encourage anyone that is not comfortable purchasing a used vehicle to know that there are options for looking the vehicle over. We do have a very diverse staff and we pride ourselves in being able to communicate with all customers, he does have an accent but we do not have many complaints about anyone not understanding his fluent English. The form was explained that 3rd party inspections are NOT allowed. His English was fine, I explained he did not understand my questions. I test drove the truck and the steering wheel is about 30 degrees off to the right. I asked why? No response. The salesman also told me oil is changed and truck is serviced when ran through the shop. This truck did not have an oil change, and the perform service light is on. I asked about that as well with no response. The fees to etch the windows is a joke. 3 of the 5 windows are not even legible and still had the blue tape on them. Remember I am not complaining about the price, I am making everyone aware why your vehicles are cheaper. Being an out of state buyer I trusted my salesman who said truck is excellent, is fully serviced and no problems which is why I moved forward to finance it before even looking. Future buyers beware is the reason for my feedback.

I am sorry for your frustration and that the form was understood that way from you. We actually send many vehicles out for customers on third party inspections because we want a customer as comfortable as possible with the purchase. We do a visual safety inspection on all of our vehicles and our goal is to get reliable and safe vehicles on the road at the best price. You are right that you should have not had to remove any stickers from the windows, that is a poor example of customer service on our side and I appreciate that feedback. I am going to relook at our process as to how we are communicating the form that we have about the third party inspection to ensure that what is said is understood clearly. And also make sure that the sales folks are held accountable for speaking on behalf of the dealership regarding a diesel truck that is not serviced, a dealer fee of $514 for basically nothing as I live out of state, and window etching I was not able to opt out of. Bottom line is I bought a truck at a good deal that was not in the end because of after fees, service needed and a bit of hidden problems. So basically I bought a truck at retail. Reading some of the google reviews definitely shows I am not an anomalie on similar concerns.
