Bad buying experience Bought a used Mercedes from them, drove 1.5 hours to buy, dis not disclose car had major problem that I later found. Sold me the car with a 3rd party warranty that they said would cover the repairs, warranty did not cover the repairs, ended spending over $2000 in fixing the car (broken flywheel, broken torque converter, bad front shocks, tires filled with fixaflat etc), gave them plenty of opportunity to help me out since what they promised with the car and the warranty turned out to be total BS. Be careful buying from them, won’t disclose major issues with cars, 3rd party warranty they sell/include is a joke and covers very little of the repairs and is very difficult to deal with. More

The purchase itself went smoothly with no complaints. There were a couple smaller hiccups along the way but that brings me to my review on Greg. This guys hands down took charge and got me helped out when I felt like nobody else was making too much of an effort (which can be really frustrating) Even things that weren’t in his job description or expertises he helped me out or directed me to someone else who could help me. Greg is the man and can be trusted in this business. 10/10 would recommend and say nothing but good things about Greg. More
