Lied to! wasted my time I was trying to buy a car. I went to the dealership twice. And several phone calls. The manger, rob, or my sales person were always too busy to answer I was trying to buy a car. I went to the dealership twice. And several phone calls. The manger, rob, or my sales person were always too busy to answer my questions. On 8/24 I suppose to go up there to sign the paperwork. A week before, Rob told me “you can take the car and go pick up your co-signer.” Mohommed texted me the night before, “I believe we can go pick her up.” I was supposed to be there at 12:00pm. I called multiple times in the morning, couldn’t get hold of anyone. At 1pm, I finally got a hold of my sales rep. Told him I was in a time crunch. Of course the manager and Rob were too busy and they still had to discuss if I could take the car/ someone to go pick up my co-signer, even though a week ago they stated I could and the night before I received a text message that that could be arranged. Finally, at 1:30pm I finally get a phone call stating that this was a sticky situation. At that time, it was too late. I had to be somewhere that evening and really needed to be there at 12:00 to make everything work out in time. Overall, I wasted my time, my money, all for liars. I would avoid this dealership. Not professional. More

While he was gone I looked over the exterior of the car, kicked the tires then took it for a test drive. When I returned we had a quick conversation regarding the car, went inside and ran through the paperwork to purchase it. While waiting I had a pleasant conversation with Brady Krueger the GM. From the very first phone call Jason was nothing but helpful and very outgoing to help us and make sure that the entire sales experience was as painless as possible. Jason was very easy to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone needing to purchase a car. Since Jason was fairly new, Brady, the manager, did help though some of the process and he too was has helpful and as kind as could be. Brady gave us so much advise and help that he did not have to offer up, which made the process so easy and, most importantly, made us feel safe and secure in our decisions.
