We purchased a 2022 Honda Accord on January 2 from Independence Honda in Bloomsburg for $24,000. My husband checked and corrected all tire pressures, but the noise continued. We contacted the dealership and were given an appointment for January 12. At that visit, we were told that a rim was bent and that the dealership would not take responsibility because they claimed we “must have hit a pothole,” insisting it was definitely not like that when they sold it to us. We did not hit anything. The most upsetting part was not even the issue itself—it was the lack of customer service and the implication that we were being dishonest, just 10 days after purchase. After spending $24,000, I expected to be treated with respect and goodwill, not dismissed and blamed. We are now being told we are responsible for a new rim and two tires on a vehicle we’ve owned for less than two weeks. I left the dealership in tears. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying here: once the car leaves the lot, you may be completely on your own—even if a problem appears almost immediately. More

Highway Robbery(literally) Told me $250 ish for all 4 brakes replaced, but resurfaced rotors, tried to charge me $500. Upcharged me on everything else too. The manager asked me "how he could make this go away" and i said $200 off the total price or to undo the brakes and inspection. he asked how i expected him to undo an inspection. (At this point he had disrespected me so much) I told this man to dig through the trash and put my old inspection sticker back on my car. More
