The place was pretty busy when I went but the agent that helped me pick a car was great and personable. The lady that took over for signing the loan wasn’t very Informative and I felt like they just signed helped me pick a car was great and personable. I had to dig for information about the loan and my car but they had it all ready and approved for me already. but overall it went smooth More

They were willing to hold the vehicle for us for 24 hours while we drove from out of state to look at the car some 600 + miles. It was such a fantastic price we were willing to drive that far one way. It was Beautiful and like new. A few small bumps and dents like any auto gets after a few years. We loved it!! It is the first time in my 68 years of life that I did not negotiate price on a car. I WAS HAPPY TO PAY THE ASKING PRICE. WE lOVE OUR NEW USED BMW. Incredible Auto sales was fantastic in every way. They don't care about customers after the car leaves the lot, sold a car with no title and lied about the plates. They told us the plates were sent out the day before the temp tags expired, after calling th lot, sold a car with no title and lied about the plates. They told us the plates were sent out the day before the temp tags expired, after calling the DMV we found out they didn't even register the car until that day, so they didn't get sent out. We were told oh well we probably won't be pulled over on expired tags. Car was purchased 9/23/19 tags expired 11/6/19. I called and talked to a lady named Ali, and told her I would be down to look at a Nissan Sentra, and as I'm on my way there she calls and said that a sales person took the car so he could take his kid to would be down to look at a Nissan Sentra, and as I'm on my way there she calls and said that a sales person took the car so he could take his kid to the orthodontics, and that he should be here at 5. I showed backup at 5 and still NO car. I had the cash. She said the sales people always use that car to do errands. So they can add mileage and wear and tear on the car, but they would not even go down a little on the car amount, but that's not the point. They should NOT be driving cars that are for sale!!!! Needless to say I have no car still!!!! Waste of mine and my kids time when I had made a apointment for the car, and my daughter has her babies and all Ali said was take them to McDonald's or a park cause we got there at 3:00!!! SUCKS BAD!!!! Friendly but FAKE!!!!! I was very very disappointed I was looking forward to that car!!! I was in a wreck and my car was totaled out. -----1 if it would let me!!!! More
