They are full of lies. Do NOT TRUST. They sold me a tesla way over priced. They posted the car on Car Guru for 21,000. They then uped the fees to 27,000 and told me I would Do NOT TRUST. I now received a letter from IRS stating that the dealership is getting the credit even though Laura, which is a liar, told me I would get it back. I have reported to IRS as well as BBB. I have hired a lawyer and filed a civil case against this business. If you have been lied to please file a compliant with the BBB and IRS asap. There are others also involved in the case. The more people we involve the bigger the lawsuit. More

I was disappointed in a bit-and-switch experience that I had with this dealership recently. After agreeing to pay the advertised price for a 2021 BMW 7501, I was told by the sales lady that the actual price had with this dealership recently. After agreeing to pay the advertised price for a 2021 BMW 7501, I was told by the sales lady that the actual price before taxes and registration was $3600 more because I had to pay for certification. When I explained that I was getting certification from my local BMW dealership, the sales lady instead that buying the certification was non-negotiable. So, the advertised price was low-balled to get customers but not the actual price. In my humble opinion, this is false advertising. I ended up buying a newer BMW 750 at another dealership for the price that was advertised. Conclusion: Check the out-of-the-door price before buying from this dealership. More

Caution must be exercised when dealing with this dealership. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase of the car, I requested an out-of-the-door price. She quoted me the price advertised plus $3600 as the cost before TTG. When I asked for an explanation, she insisted that I had to buy a certification from the dealership. When I made her aware that I would buy the CPO from a local BMW dealership, she insisted that the actual price of the car was what was quoted online plus the certification, which she claims was mandatory. Bottomline is that the low price online is used to bait potential buyers to reach out. In my opinion, this approach doesn't demonstrate truth in advertising. Upon reading other reviews on Dealer Rater, it appears, this dealership is notorious for this behavior. This is not good business practice. More

I have learned a valuable lesson… be patient and get what you want. Do NOT trust these dealers, especially not one that’s closed on Saturday. I have never felt so cheated. They didn’t even send me my registration!!!! I asked them to transfer it, they did not, they overcharged me and I’m so disappointed, I’m trading in the car to get rid of it. It’s pathetic.
