Worst experience ever buying online . Wont even return calls or send me my paperwork where I bought it. They added low jack to it and I didn’t even want it and it doesn’t work because they didn’t even put it on the truck and want me to drive it back 3 hours to have it done. They said they would reimburse me if they couldn’t figure it out but they can’t even email me copies of my paperwork to proof I bought it. I’ve tried to call and talk to a manager but everytime he doesn’t answer and his mailbox is full. This place is by far the worst place I’ve ever bought from. Maybe it’s because I bought it over the phone instead of in person but I hope they treat people better in person More

BUYERS BEWARE USED WHEELS PROVIDED WITH NEW VEHICLE. Purchased brand new 2022 Corvette. Flew out from Kansas City to pick it up and drive home with my son. Corvette included two sets of wheels as fact Purchased brand new 2022 Corvette. Flew out from Kansas City to pick it up and drive home with my son. Corvette included two sets of wheels as factory option. One silver and one black. Car was delivered with black wheels and Impex packaged silver wheels in boxes and packaging black wheels were delivered to them in. Received silver wheels via Fed Ex. No signs of damage to boxes. Wheels inside were not new. They were clearly used and damaged. Notified Impex of issue the day the wheels were received. Impex said they would resolve but have stopped communicating with me. They told me to file a warranty complaint in KC. To dealers in KC have denied warranty as these are clearly used wheels. Back the clock up. Before I flew to NC Impex tried to tell me I don't get both sets of wheels. I showed them differently in Chevys literature. They then tried to buy the wheels from me for $500 to which I declined. When I picked up the Corvette Impex had 4 used C8 corvettes on the lot. I suspect my new wheels some how got confused with used wheels on one of the used Corvettes on their lot. More
