The worst dealership experience I’ve been through. It’s like these car salesmen don’t want to sell cars. The owner then stated he had no record of me being there which is actually shady because I test drove a car of theirs, walked around numerous times and I have printed out paperwork from this dealership so I’m confused. Don’t deny my presence just because you weren’t happy with a bad review. This dealership should be focusing on the treatment of their customers and the quality of service to people who step foot into their lots trying to purchase a car from them. We all play a role in this process of buying/selling cars. Do better. More

We purchased a very expensive new vehicle via phone from this dealership two months ago and it has been nothing but a hassle. No one will return phone calls or emails. We are still waiting on a refund check this dealership two months ago and it has been nothing but a hassle. No one will return phone calls or emails. The license plate transfer was completely mishandled, or more accurately not done at all although promised. We will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again, or from out of state. The owners manual for this vehicle was not even included. More

Worse experience ever, traded in my 08 ford for something newer, got a 2017 GMC SIERRA 3 day after I bought it the truck had to be tow to the dealership for transmission problems I didn’t what the truck anym newer, got a 2017 GMC SIERRA 3 day after I bought it the truck had to be tow to the dealership for transmission problems I didn’t what the truck anymore but they didn’t change it they flushed the transmission fluid and told me that the problem was fixed 2 months later the truck when back for the same reason 4 days after they told me that they couldn’t find nothing wrong with the truck. 4 day after I pick it up the transmission broke down, after a month in the dealership they change the transmission and 4 day after the truck is back to the dealer having the same problem, let see now with what they come More

They added low jack to it and I didn’t even want it and it doesn’t work because they didn’t even put it on the truck and want me to drive it back 3 hours to have it done. They said they would reimburse me if they couldn’t figure it out but they can’t even email me copies of my paperwork to proof I bought it. I’ve tried to call and talk to a manager but everytime he doesn’t answer and his mailbox is full. This place is by far the worst place I’ve ever bought from. Maybe it’s because I bought it over the phone instead of in person but I hope they treat people better in person More

BUYERS BEWARE USED WHEELS PROVIDED WITH NEW VEHICLE. Purchased brand new 2022 Corvette. Flew out from Kansas City to pick it up and drive home with my son. Corvette included two sets of wheels as fact Purchased brand new 2022 Corvette. Flew out from Kansas City to pick it up and drive home with my son. Corvette included two sets of wheels as factory option. One silver and one black. Car was delivered with black wheels and Impex packaged silver wheels in boxes and packaging black wheels were delivered to them in. Received silver wheels via Fed Ex. No signs of damage to boxes. Wheels inside were not new. They were clearly used and damaged. Notified Impex of issue the day the wheels were received. Impex said they would resolve but have stopped communicating with me. They told me to file a warranty complaint in KC. To dealers in KC have denied warranty as these are clearly used wheels. Back the clock up. Before I flew to NC Impex tried to tell me I don't get both sets of wheels. I showed them differently in Chevys literature. They then tried to buy the wheels from me for $500 to which I declined. When I picked up the Corvette Impex had 4 used C8 corvettes on the lot. I suspect my new wheels some how got confused with used wheels on one of the used Corvettes on their lot. More
