My husband and I showed up at 9 am with 2 of our kids in town with our eye on a specific vehicle that met all of our standards that we found online. After a test drive we started filling out paperwork. 3 ho town with our eye on a specific vehicle that met all of our standards that we found online. After a test drive we started filling out paperwork. 3 hours and a lot of being left alone and ignored later we are approved with our cosigner. I take out two kids up the road to the local McDonald's to feed them and keep them quiet because my 2 year old is breaking down after being bored for 3 hours at this point. When I get back 20 minutes later my husband has signed the paper work and we are waiting for finance. After sitting here being ignored for another hour we get told the manager that the bank has changed their minds on our approval. So we were ignored lied to and not at all satisfied with the service because there was none. More

Reggie and Chris impressed me with their professionalism throughout the purchasing process. While I have not yet purchased a vehicle due to the Arbitration Agreement, I would highly recommend these two Impe throughout the purchasing process.
