If I could give no stars I would. Horrific. I went in person twice to check out a new Tahoe. Both times I was told they had to go get it somewhere. I was short on time so I told him n Horrific. I went in person twice to check out a new Tahoe. Both times I was told they had to go get it somewhere. I was short on time so I told him never mind. I don't understand why they don't have not one Tahoe to show in front of their business. The third time I called to make an appointment to assure they first go get the Tahoe so I may see it when I arrive. The lady who answered the phone assured me they would have one there ready for me to see. Once I get there they have a 2022 Tahoe used looks ugly and used up. Oh when I called they told me I HAD TO GIVE THEM MY NUMBER. I just laughed so hard when I heard her say that and responded I don't have to do anything Ma'm. I always call by dialing *67. This place is so sketchy, I believe the only reason they are able to stay in business is they cater to local companies so you mainly see work trucks at this dealership. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More
Called about ordering a vehicle, they said they could order it but once it arrived it would be marked up $3500+ above the MSRP in addition to tax, license, etc. After asking why they couldn't really give order it but once it arrived it would be marked up $3500+ above the MSRP in addition to tax, license, etc. After asking why they couldn't really give a clear reason, finally came up with 'we only have a certain amount of vehicles allocated to us so it takes away from our allocation'. I then asked for a breakdown of a vehicle he had on the lot and he said he would call back shortly with that information... He never called back. I went to a different dealership and ordered the exact same vehicle with zero dealer markup. More
Long story short, I'm from out of town but found a vehicle I wanted. Contacted and began texting to figure out how to make it work and see if a 3-hour drive one way was worth it. Everything was fairly vehicle I wanted. Contacted and began texting to figure out how to make it work and see if a 3-hour drive one way was worth it. Everything was fairly smooth and they were somewhat accommodating in the beginning. We made a deal and I drove the 3 hours to get there. I'll preface that I asked if they could have everything ready as it was a weekday and I would still have to make the return drive home. We arrived and were greeted quickly. Checked out the car and it was about what we were expecting. Then we waited for about 90 minutes until we could see the finance guy. In total, we were still there for about 3 hours which seems excessive. The vehicle we were purchasing was a Suburban that was a year old so we opted for the "Factory Extended Warranty" at least that's what we thought we were getting. We get home and I guess I missed the fine print as it was a 3rd party option. This option doesn't have great reviews, so it makes me a bit nervous and I really wanted the factory warranty. I have tried calling and emailing the finance guy w/ no response whatsoever...They were also missing the floor mats that were listed w/ the vehicle. The oil and air filter showed overdue and they said they had already serviced but could not provide proof. I have reached out a few times to the sales guy and he was "working" on it...now 3 weeks later, I still have no response, no car mats, and a questionable warranty. I would have highly recommended them had they just called back to work things out, but now I'm wondering what else I should be looking for. More

Would never work with these people again. They don't care about you unless you show up at their door and or you give them your phone number. When we are told to stay at home these people do not care about th about you unless you show up at their door and or you give them your phone number. When we are told to stay at home these people do not care about the after of others. All they care about is the ALL mighty dollar. I had to practically beg to get a response back from them and the used car sales manager would nerve talk to me. I do not know how this company is still in buisness with this poor customer service. Stay away people or you will get burned More
Dishonest charging for service repairs Always took our vehicle to Desert Auto for regular service that we purchased new at Desert Auto. First Problems with AC coil leaking in dashboard. Des Always took our vehicle to Desert Auto for regular service that we purchased new at Desert Auto. First Problems with AC coil leaking in dashboard. Desert Auto could not find the leak and just recharged the AC system under the 36,000 mile warranty. Then after the 36,000 mile warranty returned vehicle with same problem, Desert Auto found the leak no longer covered under the 36,000 mile warranty. Thankfully the extended warranty covered the repair with no deductible. At approx. 50,000 miles the check engine light came on. Took vehicle to Desert Auto who ran tests showing engine misfired, and determined that coolant was in the engine oil and quickly gave us a loaner vehicle thinking we would be without a vehicle for a while. Couple days later Desert Auto called to say it was condensation in the engine oil, not coolant and the problem was carbon build up in the engine that caused the misfire “check engine light”. They went on to say that the intake manifold was removed and the total repair cost would be over $500 to clean the carbon build up and work. I argued with the Service manager that they had misdiagnosed the problem from the beginning, the intake manifold should never had been removed if the problem was condensation and carbon build up. Long story short the Service Manager agreed to charge only $250 and no car rental fee. My wife and I reluctantly paid the charge. Our last issue was the blower motor for the AC worked intermittently, Desert Auto could not diagnose this without it happening when we took the vehicle in. So we had to return the vehicle when the problem occured again. Desert Auto completed the repair quickly the same day and told us they would forgive the $300 charge since we were unhappy the last time we had our vehicle repaired, since our extended warranty had expired. I had to take our paperwork to their office to correct the problem with the expiration date that was 7 months later than what Desert Auto told us. More
