I'm a fan of the way they do business! I was looking to replace my 2011 Mercedes-Benz and the Jaguar F-Pace S was one of the vehicles that I was looking at. I noticed that Imperial Motors h I was looking to replace my 2011 Mercedes-Benz and the Jaguar F-Pace S was one of the vehicles that I was looking at. I noticed that Imperial Motors had one that fit most of my criteria. I inquired about it to get their best price and a lease proposal. Steve Link quickly responded to my email and sent me two proposals that met my stipulations. He presented a competitive sale price, no money factor markup (I never pay a markup), and $0 down. He also agreed to match Carmax's trade-in offer. He was very straight to the point, putting forward their very best offer upfront. He was very responsive and upfront via email, and when I wanted to go on a test drive, he had the car ready very quickly within just a 30 minute notice. I sat on their offer looking at other options; I was also cross-shopping different makes and models. I appreciated that there were no 'hard-sell' tactics. No other local Jaguar dealership was able to beat Steve's quote on the F-Pace--none. Fields stated flat-out that they were not able to compete. Unfortunately for Imperial, I was able to negotiate a deal on a 2019 Audi Q8 that I simply could not refuse.
