Cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. It wasn't exactly conveniently located relative to my home but it was worth the trip to get such a nice car. The vehicle had under 20,000 miles on it and if I didn't know it was a used vehicle I would have sworn it was brand new off the factory line. Car was immaculate inside and out. Delivery experience was perfect, with the gentlemen from the dealership bringing it to my home and handing off the keys so I didn't have to make another trip to Mendon. I want to give a specific shout out to Lou Carvalho whose no-pressure approach made the experience completely stress free. More

Only give it a 1 cause we found a good vehicle at by today standards a decent price.other than that they were awful from the moment we went inside to complete paperwork.never discussed trade in they jus today standards a decent price.other than that they were awful from the moment we went inside to complete paperwork.never discussed trade in they just assumed that what they wanted to give was sufficient.took hours there and 2 weeks before we had the vehicle.and the best part about it is that 3 weeks after purchasing this vehicle the checking account was hacked and stolen from.we narrowed it right down to the email the finance manager requested from my wife to his personal email because oddly enough it would not send to imperialcars.com.just beware if u choose them More
