Bought a vehicle from this place last year and it was the worst mistake. The car has had nothing but trouble and never got any resolution. At first they tried to “fix” the problem which only included holding worst mistake. The car has had nothing but trouble and never got any resolution. At first they tried to “fix” the problem which only included holding the vehicle for two months and have no work completed. I have been dealing with nonstop issues and paying for repairs since the purchase. Recently was told it appears the vehicle might have even been submerged in water at some point. As a mother who bought this vehicle, I’m disgusted. I was lied to, scammed and disrespected on all levels by this place. More

Very poor Quality of Vehicle I saw a truck on line and inquired as to such. I went to test drive it and was told someone had paid them 3/4 of the amount of the vehicle. The next I saw a truck on line and inquired as to such. I went to test drive it and was told someone had paid them 3/4 of the amount of the vehicle. The next morning I got a call from the salesman and he told me the vehicle was available and asked me to put $200 down to hold it. I paid the $200 immediately as I work right around the corner from one of their lots. I went to test drive the vehicle and after driving around for a few minutes, pulled over to check the engine. The engine had oil on it and the oil had run down onto the frame. When I inquired about it, I was told someone probably spilled oil when it was being filled. I took the truck to my mechanic and boy am I glad. It needed rotors, valve cover gaskets, bushings in the rear end, and it had an exhaust leak. I was very disappointed because the truck looked and drove in very good condition. Now I am having a problem getting my deposit back. I was told it would take 5-7 days for a refund. The money was taken out of my account immediately. The dealership suggested that I call my bank. My bank said if the dealership closed out their batch daily, I would get my money immediately. I called and talked to the manager and he assured me that they close their credit card batches daily. However, I still have not received my money, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. THIS DEALERSHIP IS ONE TO DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM.. More
We found a truck we liked online from this dealership but were out of state at the time, so we called and asked about putting a deposit on it. We told them when we'd be back and they said they could hold it were out of state at the time, so we called and asked about putting a deposit on it. We told them when we'd be back and they said they could hold it for us until then for a $500 deposit. We put down the deposit. Right before we returned, we reached out to the dealership to set up a date for us to come finish the sale. They did not give us a straight answer and it took several calls to clarify that they had sold the truck. They sold the truck we had put a deposit on and did not give us the courtesy of notifying us and automatically refunding our money. We had to chase after them to get our money back and they made us sign a form and scan / email it back to them in order to give us our money back. We did eventually get our money back, but this dealership left us with a very sour taste in our mouth, and reading some other online reviews about them, we see we are not the only ones who have had trouble with them and we are glad we did not end up purchasing from them. There are many reputable dealerships out there, this is not one of them, STAY AWAY. More
Please, please, do not get caught up or get involved with this dealership and con artists! There vehicles may look great on the outside cosmetically, however mechanically their cars are not up to par. with this dealership and con artists! There vehicles may look great on the outside cosmetically, however mechanically their cars are not up to par. I initially bought a high end car, 2006, Chevrolet Corvette, a few weeks later, I bought a 2001 Honda Civic as a commuter car. A week after buying the corvette, the car started shimmering. I took it in for a check up at NTB for a wheel alignment, to my amazement, the manager took me to the back. He advised me there was no way this car was properly inspected for safety. Both front tires in the interior walls were on their wires, just a matter of when. The front brake rotors were warped and pads down to the metal. Also discovered was the front shock, passenger side was leaking fluid. So, things not visible to the consumer, however visible to a safety inspector. They also go by Select Auto sales, lots in Fredericksburg, Dumfries and Manassas. All of the above mentioned names, except Mr Williams are related as cousins. So, I mentioned and brought to the attention my car and new found issues. Initially, they tell you, well you bought as is, no warranty. Which is not true, there is a 30 day warranty they say no questions asked, hmmm. They asked me to eat quotes which I did, totaling brakes $770.00 shocks $ 1,100.00 tires, 980.00 and damper $800.00 total $3,650.00 right out the gate and within weeks. So they come back and offer me $300.00 check, are you serious? I went to the cheapest places to help offset costs versus dealership too. So, here I am stuck with a high end car with serious safety issues that should of been taken care of prior to selling. Here is the kicker, i find out that they take their cars to a local inspection station and they look the other way to get their cars passed, sort of under the table. I'm going to report them next! With my Honda, a few days later my engine light goes on, can't get emissions because of it, however according to Kevin the car was taken in for inspection, hmmm. I Got my hard tags a few days before expiration, therefore since I was not able to do emissions I could not register. So my tags expired. My car sat on the driveway until fixed. The corvette I had to shell out a lot of money to get it up to safety standards and able to use. Do not spend your money and not get quality cars, you are just making them richer by turning a profit on their junk cars they flip, turn in as a trade or auto auctions. Take my advise and see what me and others are going through. More
