I brought my Nissan in for service this past Saturday and worked with Gary McCaskill. Gary is very friendly and accomodating. I appreciate the fact that he always takes the time to discuss things with you to worked with Gary McCaskill. Gary is very friendly and accomodating. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Gary had come to me and told me the serpentine belt needed replaced and I agreed to that. When I went to pay, the bill was about $100 more than expected. Wh come to me and told me the serpentine belt needed replaced and I agreed to that. When I went to pay, the bill was about $100 more than expected. When I asked for details I found I was being charged for a battery. Nothing had been said about a battery needing replaced, and I had just had to replace the battery two years ago. (I hope they last longer that 2 years.) The Cashier brought it to Gary's attentions and he took care of getting the charge for the battery removed, as he agreed, the battery was not replaced. There is still a charge for $9.58 that I don't understand. It simply says, "Customer pay shop charge for repair order." What is that? Am I paying $9.58 just for coming in for service? I would encourage the cashier to walk through the bill with the customer. More

I was in the Market for a newer Car . I was really unsure that I would be able to get on at this time . On a Friday afternoon decided to take a drive to ford city to check out the New building an unsure that I would be able to get on at this time . On a Friday afternoon decided to take a drive to ford city to check out the New building and cars of course . The first lot I came to was the Nissan Side . I fell In love with a certain vehicle a used Chevy Captiva , I knew that was the one I wanted. I then met Wesley the salesman . He was so friendly , very knowledgeable , and straight forward. Talking with him even if I wasn't able to get this particular vehicle I knew I wanted him to be my salesman no matter what . I have dealt with previous salesman in the past at other dealerships and He is what a car salesman should be like . We went back On Saturday to try and see what we could make work . To my surprise I was able to get a really good deal and interest rate and 3 hours later I was bringing home my New Car !!! I also Would recommend Chad In Finance, I had my toddler with and she was at her last straw of being patient . He was so patient with her and with us for having her in there . He got her some paper and let her draw and gave her candy to try and help the situation . If your In the Market for a different car go see Wesley and Chad at Illini Nissan , They are hands down simply the Best !! More
Purchasing a new vehicle from Illini Nissan was a quick and easy process. The car I wanted was not available at their dealership and the sales team did a great job of finding the exact car I wanted. 1-20-14 had 12:00pm service appointment (oil change). Arrived ten minutes early. 1:15pm was told car was done. Found car parked outside and not washed outside temp. 38 degrees.
