My car is never worked on by any other dealership regarding of the problem. I have never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes before I was service, not matter what the traffic of business at the time of my arrival. Of course, I am not favored, it is merely a process of knowing your business and ORGANIZATION of the workload. There is a mechanic will the dealership that has always changed the oil in my car since my arrival, I don't know his name at present, but I do know him upon seeing him. There is never a hassle with any of the employees that I have encounter and I really enjoy that. The service staff always goes the extra step to ensure that I and other of pleased with the service and you know the situation with your vehicle while you are there. As long as I am in Champaign, IL, I will always carry my car to Illini Nissan for service repair, which by the way includes airing of the tires. In my opinion there is nothing like procedures and organization with a company. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, ILLINI NISSAN. Your organization have my support 100%, that you can take to the bank. More

Illini Nissan is great! My car was making a squealing sound that got increasingly worse. I live in Bloomington and teach in Champaign so I stopped after work to have them check it out. Even though it was sound that got increasingly worse. I live in Bloomington and teach in Champaign so I stopped after work to have them check it out. Even though it was fifteen minutes before they closed, they checked it out for me. I found out if I had driven home to Bloomington my car would have caught on fire. The caliper had frozen, the tie rod and rotor were jacked up and the brake was nearly worn out. I had no way home and my son was with me. He started school in Champaign Monday because we are moving here next week. Gary was kind enough to loan me a complimentary rental car for the night and they had my car back on the road by lunchtime the following day!!! The price I paid was well under the estimate they had supplied, which is great considering I need all the money I can get for my house closing next week. Before this week I had no clue who my local mechanic would be once we move. I have had the same mechanic in Bloomington since 1990, so I need a mechanic I can trust. Luckily, I have already found Illini Nissan!!! More
