They Certainly do not have it all together at this dealershi At first, everything I did with this dealership was good. I was able to take the vehicle I inquired about for a test drive and get the financing I nee At first, everything I did with this dealership was good. I was able to take the vehicle I inquired about for a test drive and get the financing I needed for it, but that is when things took a turn for the worse. They lost the paperwork multiple times. They forgot to include things in the paperwork. They did not verify the down payment amount, so after I left with the vehicle, I received a call that my downpayment was short. It wasn't, but to my shock and amazement, no one bothered to verify the money that I put down?!? The most egregious and frustrating issue is with my title. I purchased this vehicle on 10/19/17. I still haven't received my title. Typically, titles take about two weeks to receive, but certainly no longer than a month. I called the dealership on multiple occasions to verify the status of when I would receive my title. The first call was placed on 11/18/17. I was told that they would mail out the title to me on 11/20/17. I didn't receive it. I called that Saturday, 11/25/17 to advise I hadn't received it. I was told it was on the way. I called on 12/2/17 to advise I still hadn't received the title. My temp tag has since expired and they STILL had not even went to the BMV to transfer the title! They have caused more than enough inconveniences for me and this was the icing on the cake. I typically do not write reviews, but I felt it was very important to let others know of the difficulty I have had with this dealership. Others may have a good interaction with them, and rightfully so, I could have been an anomaly, but I sincerely doubt that. More
