Always cutting corners Every time I left my car for services some of it has not done properly. Not resetting sensors on tires rotation, Not inflate tires with properly PSI, Every time I left my car for services some of it has not done properly. Not resetting sensors on tires rotation, Not inflate tires with properly PSI, last time my tires left with 41 PSI which recommended tires PSI is 35, not resetting dash board after oil change. My question is what else they do not do and I cannot notice? Some times I think if they really change the oil or just filler it up. Very frustrating. I feel like I cannot thrust. More frustrating is the fact that Ideal is the only GMC dealer in Frederick. Where else could I bring my car for services? More

Replaced engine Did fine with replacing an engine which was recalled. Took 3 weeks but Rose was very attentive. While I was not impressed with others I worked with in this facility, Steve kept in touch, letting me know what was happening and how the process of replacing the wheels on my vehicle with less than 17,000 miles was coming along. After finally getting approval to replace the wheels and the wheels being on backorder; when they arrived unexpectedly, Steve contacted me immediately to work on getting them put on. Steve’s diligence to make this problem right made a huge difference to me. More
