So thankful! I dropped my car off on Sunday night with the expectation that it wouldn’t get looked at until at least Tuesday/Wednesday (told when I called on Satur I dropped my car off on Sunday night with the expectation that it wouldn’t get looked at until at least Tuesday/Wednesday (told when I called on Saturday), but i got a call Monday afternoon getting unpleasant, but expected news. When I had a hard time tracking down the extended warranty I had purchased, Dave was able to locate the information for me. I am so grateful that he went the extra mile and for the great work the service department provided. More

Three minor repairs Check engine light came on, they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Backup camera wasn't coming on when vehicle was put. The concern as written on receipt is wrong The concern A for invoice 44911 indicates “customer states when emergency brake pedal is pressed it does not always engage, brakes have to be pressed The concern A for invoice 44911 indicates “customer states when emergency brake pedal is pressed it does not always engage, brakes have to be pressed very hard to slow vehicle down”. This sentence described 2 completely different issues. The emergency brake is not pressed to slow vehicle down. The second issue deals with the regular brakes. The cause section therefore makes no sense. What cause goes with what concern? Then i was charged 57.50 for this section A. More

Got to the dealership and was told that there were no recalls that needed fixing at that time and that I had received the emails in error. Not a Happy Camper! More
