Hello, Thank you for the input about the trouble you are experiencing with your vehicle. We strive to provide all of our customers the best service experiences possible. However, after further reviewing your claim and speaking with our Service Manager, the only diagnosis that was performed by Ideal Buick GMC was a test drive to determine that there was actually an issue with your transmission. We have no records of any further diagnosis or especially the transmission tear down. If this was performed then it was by another GM service department or independent shop. I understand your frustration, however, you may want to contact GM directly in the future and express your concerns with them directly, or with the shop that actually did the teardown of the transmission. Thank You!
