Telephone disconnect I called the main phone number, then selected "recall". I thought it was the best match for the softwbare upgrade I needed, as per the notice I receiv I called the main phone number, then selected "recall". I thought it was the best match for the softwbare upgrade I needed, as per the notice I received in the mail. I was cut off and had to call back. So, I called back and was told that the recall number was the wrong selection and that I needed to call the service department because they were handling the software upgrade. So, I called back a third time and finally got the right person for the job. He was helpful and agreed to do somethingnother small thing for me after the upgrade was done. So my experience was a mixed bag. My suggestion to you is to get the functionality to integrate your phone system so that intra-departmental transfers can be done quickly without dropping the ball, customer service-wise. More

Made the entire experience stress free (this was a second recall for a Pontiac air bag, but my first Steve Lubel is tops. Ideal is lucky to have him. Made the entire experience stress free (this was a second recall for a Pontiac air bag, but my first time at Ideal). Knew what was needed, handled it, and arranged for me to be shuttled home and also brought back the next day. Francis was an excellent shuttle driver, pleasant and helpful. Will definitely make Ideal my "go to" car service stop. More
